Yes you can with Dolphin an emulator It is in its early stages and does not work with everything ive tested it with about 6 games and only 2 work but they do work. Not properly set out the controllers yet but you can use your keyboard and mouse and other controllers and of course you can use the Wiimote (but I am yet to even try that )
Yes you just have to set it all up via bluetooth. I have only just given it a little go today to ensure it works as I have a few iso's on my machine it didnt take long
