Question DSL Carrier is down but Modem work

hi, I'm Udesh.
i'm using D-link DSL-2540T Router & Prolink H9601.
Firmware Version : V3.02B01T01.EU-A.20061220

LAN

Have you rebooted your modem / router and PC(s) once you plugged in the router, having disconnected the ethernet (or USB) connected PC?

I rebooted my pc new line come to my router log.
Jan 1 12:05:32> DSL Carrier is training

(My connection is ok with modem Prolink H9601.)

Ok. I reported to ISP provider they came home and fixed my router setting
I was not at home when they came my bro said they set
Advanced>ADSL
ADSL2+(multi-mode) to ADSL2(multi-mode)
Now it is working fine.
