Couldn't find anything official. Officially I can only find mention of the BBC and iPlayer.

For those in the UK and without tickets, the BBC is the official Olympic television broadcaster here. The BBC will broadcast the action on BBC Sport and BBC iPlayer. Eurosport may also broadcast some of the Games in the UK

Though the BBC article makes it sound like it's the only place to watch it.

The Paris Olympics will be shown live on BBC television and the BBC Sport website and app, and there will also be extensive coverage on BBC Radio 5 Live
