If it's anything like my Linksys router you should be able to log into the Admin Control Panel and configure this via the 'Access Restrictions' tab.

It may take some playing with to make sure that you get the settings/profiles right, but it should work ok.

Note though that you may find this easier to accomplish if all the clients on your network are using static IP addresses, rather than allowing them to be assigned via the DHCP server.

If you're feeling brave, have a look at

http://www.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/index.php

It allows blocking by any combination of service (including MSN), PC, time, website and keywords. It does require flashing the router though and will invalidate any warranty you have

Sorry, just noticed you have the WRV, don't know if that is supported, I have the WRT. Sorry.

As Raistlin says, most Linksys routers can restrict internet access. There is a user guide on this page for specifics.
Some interesting reviews of that model - do you use it as a VPN end-point, cause a lot of people seem to have trouble with it (from googling)?
