Re: What are you eating now thread?
Morrisons’ Valentine Meal (but as wedding anniversary meal).
Cornish Scallop & King Prawn Thermidor Gratins
Beef Wellington with Dauphinoise Potatoes & Carrot, Spring Greens & Green Beans
Zillionaires Cheesecake
Washed down by (for SWMBO) fizz and a very smooth Valpolicella Ripasso.
It was yummy… ;D

Re: What are you eating now thread?
We had Waitrose £20 deal
Prawn cocktail
Chicken Kiev with parmesan and truffle butter, frites
Rhubarb and custard desert thing
Rose wine - this normally retails at £14 on it's own.
Overall - meh! Frites and wine were the best items.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
I cooked a rack of beef short ribs in the oven yesterday. Salt, pepper and mustard powder rub then on Slow Cook setting for 5 hours. Gravy - fried onions in the drippings added mushrooms, deglaze with red wine then add demiglas.
