Legit or a con?
https://www.ismybillfair.com
It says I can get my bill dropped from just under £100 to just over £60.
But only through them.

Re: Legit or a con?
At a quick glance I would say it is an auto switch site that looks for better deals. Something we all should be able to do ourselves. I dunno how they expect to be the only ones being able to drop the price dependant on what bill it is

You could save £££ Hundreds with just one call!!
You could save hundreds of pounds if you call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 NOW
We think that you are overpaying. Other Virgin Media customers with a similar package to you are paying £73.00 per month, so you could be overpaying by £456.00 per year
Virgin Media have much better deals waiting for customers who call to complain - but only for those who make the call! 83% of people who haggle with Virgin Media are given a cheaper deal, typically saving hundreds per year.
Call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 to speak to Virgin Media. With energy bills rising, millions are cutting their Broadband/TV bills - don't miss out.

I put in some spoof data. It does ask for your address in the process.

Re: Legit or a con?
It would need your postcode to do any meaningful comparisons, since it needs to know what services you can actually get.

That’s the weird thing - it doesn’t actually compare other products available from other suppliers, it asks you for some info on your current package and says whether or not it thinks you are overpaying your current supplier (presumably based on anecdotal evidence of retention deals).
