Tivo V6 Weird recording

Tried to play a recording , completely broken up with what seemed to be the channel I had on before trying to play ,totally unable to tell what was being shown , think paint gun used to make cine film with two sound tracks playing and you have it. The next recording worked as normal ! Done with in 10 seconds of trying the first. Is my V6 on the way out?

There could have been a signal fault at the time the recording was made. Make sure all the cable connectors are tight. Report it to VM if it keeps happening.

Guess it's a signal fault, recording either side are fine . Will report if I see it happens again

Seems to be bbc1 in the afternoon that has the problem , 4 different programs same problem ,other channels same day none. I never watch live TV except for news
