the DC drama NAOMI follows the journey of a cool, confident, comic book–loving teenager as she pursues her hidden destiny. When a supernatural event shakes her small hometown of Port Oswego, Naomi sets out to uncover its origins, with a little help from her fiercely loyal best friend Annabelle. She also has the support of her adoptive, doting parents, veteran military officer Greg and linguist Jennefer. After an encounter with Zumbado, the mysterious owner of a used car lot, leaves her shaken, Naomi turns to tattoo shop owner Dee, who becomes her reluctant mentor. While unraveling the mystery of herself, Naomi also navigates her high school friendships with both military kids and local townies, including ex-boyfriend and high school jock Nathan; Annabelle’s longtime, loyal boyfriend Jacob, proud “townie” Anthony; and fellow comic book enthusiast Lourdes. As Naomi journeys to the heights of the Multiverse in search of answers, what she discovers will challenge everything we believe about our heroes.

Exclusive: Stargate SG-1 creator Brad Wright on his pitch for a revival, hopes for the franchise.
Quote:
Brad Wright doesn't think fans should give up hope just yet, even if it means a long wait ahead. "Long before there were multiple Star Treks on the air at the same time, as there are right now, we had Stargate SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis on Friday night at the same time. That's something that has become a bit of a big deal in science fiction television," Wright tells SYFY WIRE. "I can't imagine Amazon not doing something with the franchise, or empowering MGM to do something with the franchise for [them]."

Its pretty much doing the same as SurrealEstate, and that got cancelled.
SyFy are a pale immitation of themselves now, only one decent series (Resident Alien).
Doesn't seem suited to Syfy somehow, should probably be on Peacock or USA Network only rather than airing it on both, Sky Max are airing it here from 3rd of December.
The ratings for Day Of The Dead aren't good either.
Didn't Syfy used air a lot of Canadian shows from Showcase and Space (now CTV Sci-Fi) who don't appear to have any original dramas now.
fingers crossed. I just wish I could win the euromillions and make it happen for him. You would think that with everything that is going on with Star Trek atm that it would that now is the right time to get another series going.

Ridley Scott has confirmed that live-action TV series of two of his most enduring movies, “Blade Runner” and “Alien,” are fast progressing, with pilots written for both shows.
Speaking with the BBC on Monday, the “House of Gucci” helmer suggested the “Blade Runner” adaptation is being plotted as a 10-episode series: “We [have already] written the pilot for ‘Blade Runner’ and the bible. So, we’re already presenting ‘Blade Runner’ as a TV show, the first 10 hours.”
Scott said “Alien” was getting a “similar” treatment. A pilot is being written along with a bible of what transpires in 8-10 hours of the show.

Charle Cox will return as Daredevil, we just don't know when.

It’s official – Charlie Cox will remain the MCU’s Daredevil, Marvel boss Kevin Feige has confirmed. He just won't say when we'll see that return.
During an interview with CinemaBlend, Feige revealed that fan-favourite Charlie Cox will be back as Marvel’s Daredevil:
“If you were to see Daredevil in upcoming things, Charlie Cox, yes, would be the actor playing Daredevil,” he said. “Where we see that, how we see that, when we see that, remains to be seen.”
