Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010

Hiya all ,
i have currently got installed a Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 as my network card ,had a engineer around today to test the line, cable etc due to the fact that i am suppose to get the 20 meg speed but have only been getting the 10 meg,he tells me everything is ok my side blah blah blah and its just the network, whatever that means .. so i decided to look into it a little more and discovered that my limited speed might have something to do with my network card ,which is this Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010,could you guys shed any light on this ,will i need a new card ???? i download at about 900 to 1.1 and upload at around the 80 to 90 kbs mark most of the time. thx in advance ,dave
