Confusion over "extras"

I believe I should have access to one inclusive extra which I didnt pick.

Today i got an email reminder to pick my "included extra".

I click the link and it redirects me to O2's home page (the sort of thing that happens when a website has a 404 redirect).

If I login to my o2 account all extras have a monthly fee.

Do others on Volt get a free extra or is this normal they not inclusive?

As far as I know you still get an extra on eligible plans. The only Volt restriction is this
