Huge Credit
A friend of mine has finally got VM broadband sorted after so many issues but her bill is so interesting I thought I would share it with you guys because of all the missed appointments and credit on the bill.
Ever seen anything like it before? Obviously not plain sailing trying to get it installed for them to be compensated like that

Re: Huge Credit
It's about time that compensation reflected loss of earnings for missed appointments.

The missed appointment certainly does not but the stupidly long delay credit is nice

Re: Huge Credit
They were mucked about for so long even the amount of compensation for their missed visits had changed by the look of it.
