Im not sure where you have seen this? Is it possible for you to send me the link??

However I am afraid it wont change the fact we don't support email!

....... takes you to the page where you select your phone. I select LG shine. Enter e-mail address (xxxxxx@ntlworld.com)
This a paste from the page (no direct url for it)
In the Incoming mail server enter imap.ntlworld.com
In the User name field enter the account username.
In the Password field enter the account password.
In the Outgoing mail server enter smtp.virgin.net
Press Options and select Advanced settings.
