Weird fault

Internet works fine pretty much everywhere except so far 2 web sites
Very.co.uk and Tesco.com where they simply just give errors

Very just says

You don't have permission to access "http://www.very.co.uk/" on this server.
Reference #18.2549d117.1701244994.2dcc4156

and Tesco says

The web page at https://www.tesco.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

both sites fail on more than 1 device so not PC and both sites work fine on my BT internet and O2 data and behind a VPN on VM so it has to be VM. This has gone on over a week so far. Also fail on Google DNS servers

Any ideas?

Re: Weird fault

Permission errors like that are often because the site is using IP filtering to block access and you have been caught by it.

JFYI, I cant get on the 'very' site at all atm (via a UK proxy as Im working), its just hanging.

The second error is unusual, and looks like the remote server failed for some reason. I can access Tesco ok.
