DD-WRT's default login credentials are:

User: admin
Password: leave blank

For some reason they've removed build 15279, although it's still working great for me, and there's now a new build up: 15334.

Re: [GUIDE] Dir-615 to dd-wrt

I put build 15437 back on today and whilst browsing is quick and speed tests get the expected results, downloads aren't very good.

Downloading one of Virgin's game files is a good test and I usually get around 1,200 KB per second on my connection when it's working well, but with this build I get around a third of that speed, even when my connection is performing as well as it should.

I did some more tests tonight and whilst I'm getting the speed test results I expect at the moment, Xbox 360 Marketplace downloads and Virgin game files are very slow. It took at least five minutes for a 35 MB Zune update to apply. The strange thing is, I've seen torrents max out my connection with this build.

This problem is bad enough that I'm probably going to revert to stock D-Link firmware, which is a shame because I much prefer DD-WRT's feature-set and the recent builds have been working much better than older ones, apart from this download speed problem.

This router is the worst I've ever had.

I had some success with build 14815, but my HTC Desire would intermittently drop the connection and then reconnect instantly.

Apart from the download speed issue, build 15437 is the best one I've used so far.
