I'm glad that ITV have secured the rights. England games should remain truly fta. I would be ****ed off if they went paid. Everyone should have access to the national sides games.

I spoke to VM because I am out of contract just to see what they would offer me. They offered me the same plan as I am now but with anytime calls for £5 less.
Naturally I didn't take it up.

I now need to really weigh up what to do. I could take the 6months free option on the broadband until Infinity come out. That way I may be happier with the much poorer speed.

Or do I hold out and see if by some miracle VM get btsport!

BT TV will not challenge BSkyB dominance say analysts.

If I wait too long then I will lose the free HD thing they're doing. It stops 1st August doesn't it?

When will these reporters, analysts etc listen to what BT have said? They have already made it clear they have no intention on challenging Sky in the TV sector! At least not for the near future.

Adrian Chiles used to be alright on BBC's Working Lunch, but on ITV Football, just doesn't feel right.

Indeed and my thing is you can't make a business presenter into a football anchorman.
