Problems changing USB to Ethernet connection to run wireless broadband router
Please can anyone help.
I have just purchased a wireless broadband router which runs on an ethernet connection. Previously my broadband was running on a USB connection. I have been told to change it to ethernet but get an error message telling me that the USB is present even after uninstalling. I am also afraid to get rid of the 1364 adapter which keeps giving an error message. Is this adapter already on my computer or is it being downloaded from my ntl installation cd if so may I delete it as if needed I could recover it again from the installation disc.
Many thanks,
Julie Bateman
