I'm getting random This Page Cannot Be Displayed errors and then the page suddenly reloads itself and works.
Thinking it was a DNS issue I switched from Google DNS to Cloudflare and even changed my browser back to Firefox from Opera which I now use as my main and still randomly get them.

I know CTRL F5 clears cache files, but I don't know if this will help your situation
