Resident Evil
Anyone else watching this ?
I've watched the first two episodes so far.
TBH, wasnt sure Id like this as I'm not a big zombie fan (i.e. I dont watch TWD, or any of its spinoffs) but so far its been quite good, kept me watching.
I’ve watched most of the original RE films. I watched Ep1 with my eldest and the verdict was it deserved watching Ep2. Which we haven’t done yet but will.
The Zombie chase was good though!

Re: Resident Evil
Up to E7.... Enjoyed it so far. I never played or watched any resident evil so I had no preconceptions. Maybe slow to get past the teenage girl angst but great CGI and Mr reddick can do no wrong.
I watched the first episode and thought it was worth pursuing. But now it’s been announced they’ve cancelled it after one series. So, what’s the point? I won’t bother watching any more episodes as it won’t be resolved.
I think if you’re going to green light a series you should at least Green light a story arc.
If it’s successful, extend the arc, or invent a new arc.
But at least give viewers an ending.
I always remember Jericho, which was a really interesting and good show, that got canned with no resolution, but fan power got another 6 episodes made to close it off……….that worked !
