Babylon AD was cut to shreds. The director wanted nothing to do with the release the studios put out. Hopefully we will get a Directors cut or Unrated version

That's good to hear!
To be honest, I actually enjoyed the film, but did think at the time the editing was a bit off.
Fingers crossed for a director's cut then

The day the Earth Stood Still 6/10 - reasonably watchable movie, not a patch on the original though.
Inkheart 8/10 - great fun movie

Last film I watched was Britannic. Never heard of the actors in it, but it was surprisingly good. The CGI wasn't as good as it was in Titanic, but that is to be expected as they had a far smaller budget, but still I enjoyed it. 9/10 for me.

Come on it deserved way more than that. It wasn't the mighty blockbuster it was made out to be which I think left myself and many others disappointed but on its own merit it was still quite a good movie. Without spoiling the plot I have to say though I still don't quite understand the way the US govt behaves towards GORT.
I'd rate it about 7/10.

Just watched it and possibly a 7/10 could have been better and i felt it dragged in some places but otherwise ok.

personally I wouldn;t give The Day the Earth Stood Still more than 4/10 and that's purely on it's special effects

Star Wars 1, - 2/10
Star Wars 2, - *3/10 They really are as bad as I remembered them.
Though I did like Part 3 (though 4,5,6 are brilliant).

Not from me it didn't. I originally went to see the Changeling, but The Earth Stood Still was the only film available to watch. I was totally disappointed with it.
Just watched Transporter 3, i'll give that a 4/10.

Changeling. Now This I enjoyed... 8½ out of 10, and well recommended.

re: Rate the last movie you saw
The Day the Earth Stood Still I concur, original was better, and the low scoring is deserved...
One to watch this coming weekend though is Twilight, the vampire love story.
I would rate it 8/10 (yes, I've seen it) and fully intend to go see it again on friday, plus when the DVD comes out I intend to buy it.
