Hi all!
A little stumped with this one..
I currently have two POTS lines with VM and received a letter saying my area is being moved to 21CN the end of next month and adaptors would be sent out to connected to the back of the hub, however, after only receiving one adaptor have today called CS and been passed from pillar to post in standard VM fashion and finally been advised the 21CN can only have 1 line!! Despite the fact that my hub has 'TEL1' & 'TEL2' ports? They then advised despite this unless a work order is placed to disconnect the second line they will continue to bill me!! Before raising a complaint, just wondering if you guys could shed any light on this?
