www.samurize.com

Nifty Program, Can do almost anything you want with your desktop.. display news that updates every 10 minutes, sport, etc.. TV listings.. Can intergrate Winamp/WMP into it. Its pretty decent.. takes an hour or two to get used to it though

Those are home made but if you like I can tell you where I get my icons from and send you the orbs templates, paintshop pro cames in handy sometimes
Icon sites
http://www.foood.net/icons/
http://www.winmatrix.com/ ( http://winmatrix.ezthemes.com/pcenha...html?blank+182 )
http://www.marvilla.us/icons.html

Maybe a show us your icons thread would be a nice idea? Let people see the different types and styles out there?
The orb templates

yeah, good aren't they - worst thing about this thread is I keep clicking on the piccies & wondering why nothing happens

- and I can't 'show you mine' , because it's whatever is on the telly - well when I minimise the tv player, it is - however, because it works as an overlay I can't capture it in a screen dump.:p

It's been interesting that lots of people have posted screen dumps, rather than the file for their wallpaper

I did both Since we all personalise our destops to a certain degree (personal photos etc) sometimes the Icons are a part of what we change
