Freesat Question

Hi All, I'm new to this site so I hope I'm posting correctly.

When a new channel is launched or they change the numbers of existing channels do I have to retune my free sat box?

Thanks

Re: Freesat Question

No, in my experience Freesat boxes are pretty good at regularly refreshing themselves. I used them for a number of years and never once found a channel launch/move not applied automatically. I think Freesat controls the specification of boxes carrying its logo pretty tightly.

You box will do it on it own.

Note when channels moves transponders you will lose them for up to 24 hours before they reappear on your box.
