Digital Lock, how to deal with it

Sorry if posting in wrong place! I have a digital lock and after a power surge it's blocked. I can't find the reset button and I can't unlock the door at all, the card is not recognized and the pin code is not accepted. I think there was a factory restore. Even the connection with my phone was reset, I have a Yale Conexis L1 Smart Lock. If there are people knowing how to sort this out I would really appreciate it

You always can access Mod edit (Chris): stop it. to find out how to deal with digital locks. If you won't be able to manage this on your own, don't waste your time and call a specialist
