What do you expect the VPN and Bit Defender to do with trackers?
Pretty much all websites and pages drop tracking cookies. You will gather cookies every day you use the internet. I honestly do not know what you are trying to prove or say other than perhaps just discrediting my advice. Is that what you are trying to do ?
You can just set your browser to delete it all on closing if you want but you will still have all the other bloat your system gathers over time building up and unless you specify you could end up having to keep logging back in everywhere every time you close your browser
