The other day I saw a "Spec Savers" small jet over south east England.
I guess it is to transport company reps around the world.
That site is the closest I have found to tracking in real time.

Think there is maybe a little delay but it's the closest as I can get. Will have to check tonight and time it with a jet going over my house.

There has to be for security reasons. I think it's 5 mins on the Radarbox network for eg. but professional users can subscribe to a realtime service.
You'll get a realtime feed of course in your radio line of sight if you have an ads-b receiver (radarbox of sbs). My system covers a radius of 200+ nautical miles for en-routes
