Resetting email password

I've just been on the phone to VM customer support for over 30 minutes trying to reset the password for a secondary email account. It seems that they can change the password for the primary account but not a secondary. She didn't seem to be aware that secondary accounts can exist. WTF!

I have been using this secondary account to forward malware emails to Spamcop and the National Cyber Security Centre and now I've been locked out.

Whom do I call, preferably not in India, to get this sorted?

Enter the email address here https://oauth.virginmedia.com/as/aut...id=WEB-VM-MYVM and press 'Continue'.

You should be able to click on 'Forgot your Password' on the next screen.

I had this exact scenario a month ago. rang up and the CS (offshore) said I didn't have any secondary addresses (I have seven). The link supplied above didn't work for me first go but did the second time I tried it. Alternatively try the VM community forum. Might take a day or two for someone to get back to you.
