24hours on virgin mobile and issues already.
Last weekend i ordered 2 x sony ericsson x10 xperia on £30 tariff, 800 mins, unlimited txts and web.
Recieved them yesterday and was chuffed. Threw the sim cards in and away i went. called 789 today and was told i had used £15 of services. i was told i was not on a tariff (despite what emails and paperwork in the box say) and that i was being charged payg and that i had to speak to sales dept. i had to go to work, now im back i tried calling again. After waiting on hold for 20+ min i hung up, Im ****ed off and WILL NOT pay the charges so far as i feel i have been mis sold.
Any advice?
