Priority app now available to Virgin Media customers
I've just received an email to say VM customers can now access the Priority app.
While not a deal-maker for me personally (I don't live in a city), along with Volt it's clear there's more focus being put on adding value for existing customers at the moment. Long may that continue!

I wondered that too, but worried that I may be the only one who had no idea

If l had it l,d pass on to someone l didn't like . To my taste their products are rubbish , but l am fussy . Guess if l was very hungry l would go their over MacDonalds and co. Which to me are even worse . Thinking about it have been to either in close to thirty years !

Main thing is priority access to concerts - hence the branding of music venues eg O2 Apollo and the Millennium Dome as the O2. I guess from this, restaurants will be keen to encourage people to visit them before the gig and will offer discounts through the app.

Re: Priority app now available to Virgin Media customers
I'm on O2, back in 2018 I was able to get 3 priority tickets for the Kylie Golden Tour 48 hours before general release.
I was able to do this in a 10 minute tea break.

Re: Priority app now available to Virgin Media customers
Signed up for the O2 Priority texts when I was a customer. Got texted a load of offers, none of which interested me, so I unsubscribed, then had to fight customer services when I still got texts, even though their own systems were showing I wasn't subscribed. So, probably good for someone, but I'm not bothering.
