How does one report someone breaking into a wireless router?

Tonight I was surfing the web and suddenly lost connection

Couldn't figure out why at first, but when I did a scan using the client adapter software, the router's SSID had been changed to "Blah blah blah" and the encryption removed.

But...even if I report it, there's no proof I can present is there?
The router doesn't appear to log anything like that, only which sites you visit, but the log gets cleared when you change the encryption settings.

Not sure what to do, heh

do a hard reset of the router and as soon as it comes back up change the ssid and password to something difficult to hack.
there is usualy a little inset button on the back to do this and you need to hold it in for a few seconds.

Also set the encryption to WPA not WEP as this is more secure
