Can't remove computer from Homegroup - Getting seriously pi.... annoyed
I have tried some solutions that a Google search offered but none them helped or worked.
Just before I lose it completely and re-install Win7 out of spite, does anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks.

start up in safe mode (keep pressing F8 during start up) and then try removing it

Re: Can't remove computer from Homegroup - Getting seriously pi.... annoyed
have you tried uninstalling the nic and reinstalling it it may ask you to join a group just skip it. Often when you do this it creates hidden lans so the original one is lan 1 the new one is lan 2 and therefore tries to create a new group

make sure you have driver disc or new drivers just in case but it should just find it
