Re: Obi-Wan Kenobi

Loved the finale. Some cracking tie in lines

This was an inspired line back in Episode IV. Little did George know what a good line that would turn out to be

Re: Obi-Wan Kenobi

thought the last episode was a bit of anti climax, but you're sat there, almost like you have seen it before, but you haven't seen it before, but you know what is and isn't going to happen

Also, I think it missed not having Dave Filoni involved, I think he would have made some changes, as he's such a fanboy Rebels, Clone Wars and Mandalorian add and expand, rather than undo/contradict the originals.

He did have some input

“Lucasfilm has a great team that helps support that. But I would say Dave Filoni was very pivotal for me, both in terms of The Mandalorian and in terms of the Star Wars of it all, as well as Jon Favreau. But Dave also was a touchstone, and remains a touchstone for me for this series. Anytime I have a question about canon, I go to him.”

Re: Obi-Wan Kenobi

I enjoyed it. It was unnecessary, may have made a decent movie.

Seeing Ewan McGregor at this age playing Kenobi was a big +, and you could see how he could be Alec Guinness in 10yrs or so.

Vader at his peak powers also good.

Not sure where they go next though! I mean series about Andor, I can’t get excited about…..

Re: Obi-Wan Kenobi

I enjoyed it for what it is ..... entertainment.

I try not to let nit picking and expectations of "realism" to spoil everything I watch.

I am the same. Find myself disappointed a lot less that way. If I do not like something I simply stop watching it and watch something else instead

Missed most the Easter eggs through out the series, had to watch a few vids on Youtube to catch them all
