I have a belkin router connected to my pc. But my bros moved back in so i have to share the broaband. He connects wireless from his laptop. And when he's downloading its slowing down my speeds when playing games my pings normally 20s but soon as hes on it rockets to 100s etc. Is there anyway i can set a bandwidth for his internet etc through the router so it doesnt interrupt my internet.
