Distribution System

Hi

first post to the forums so hope this is in the right place if not i appologise

I am looking at setting up a distribution system in my house to distribute the following to 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and the lounge

1 Cat5 network point
1 sky LNB feed to each room ( to allow sky box in each room)
1 Cable TV Point in each room
1 Antenna Feed for each room
CCTV for each room
and the option for sky plus in the lounge

can anyone advise the best way to achieve this and where i can purchase the parts to achieve it.

Something like this labgear panel would do everything but the Cat5, for that you would need a simple switch (or router if distributing a single internet feed)

what feed would i use for cable tv input? as i want all 3 platforms available in all rooms, ie the option to put a sky / freesat decoder in any of the rooms and the option to move my virgin box to any of the rooms as well as the option for full freeview in any of the rooms?

sorry new to all this stuff
