I guess some people find the show interesting but having watched a couple of programs ( the second because I couldn't believe the first was representational of the coming shows) I have to say that I found it totally cringeworthy.

There is only one reason why they make a second show - someone watched the first.
Well I hope that person is flattered that his solitary endorsement of such a poor excuse for an interesting series has been taken into account by the programmers. I can only assume that it is an extremely cheap program to bring to air.
Maybe it fills some unspoken quota of Welsh based reality shows. < Jo runs and hides whilst sniggering loudly>

Couple of people I work with watch this and they say how "good" it is.
From what they have told me about it, if my boss spoke/treated me like their boss does he would find himself on a soft food diet for a while.
