Most people don't put cars in garages in the UK as they're too small unless they have a double, I don't even have a garage.

Never put a car in the garage, my late father used them for that in the 50,s but since no. Cars under a canopy, only to stop birds etc. From using them for target 🎯 practice

Re: Whats in your garage? -- Cableforum car show!!
My Garage is absolutely full with the kids bikes, a ladder, pots of paint, my drills and DIY bits and pieces, Garden furniture, outdoor chairs, rucksacks for when we go out on walks, shoes and wellies, Jet washer, wood, cables, saws, and got a big family tent in there too.
The gaarage is a lot smaller as we used half of it for the utility room.
I really need to find a cupboard or add extra shelving to put everything away neatly.

Re: Whats in your garage? -- Cableforum car show!!
I must be lucky as my Ford Puma fits nicely into mine. I also have a Freezer, Tumble Dryer (not in use due to costs) and a chest of drawers that is used for DIY stuff. Also 2 bikes (although 1 is hanging on the wall). Then I have all sorts of gardening tools, lawn mower, power washer etc.
Saying that out of the 5 houses in my terrace I am the only one that uses it for the car.

My Dad's house has double garage but with two single doors, so still has issues getting a modern car in.

Most garages are crying out to be turned into a man cave with a bar, TV, and all the things you want in there.

Re: Whats in your garage? -- Cableforum car show!!
Along the right wall - washing machine, upright freezer, spare/beer fridge, tumble dryer, crates/slabs of beer/soft drinks, shelving with various house/garden electrical tools, shoe rack with old boots/shoes for gardening/tidying up, pressure washer & accessories, hose reel 7 attachments
Along the left wall - 3 different size step ladders, condenser boiler, recycling bottle box, storage box with kitchen cleaning supplies, 3 storage boxes full of dog coats/towels/sundries, big storage box of boots/old wellies, with newer wellies on top of that, behind that old book case that we store fizz in, and a white wine rack (garage is cooler), above there three wall mounted cupboards full of camping/gardening/DIY sundries, wall shelving unit full of my son’s outdoor/work stuff, car roof box, four boxes of small child’s garden toys, various small child’s scooters/scoot along/bike, various paints, car shampoos/de-icer/window washer fluid.
In the roof space - decorating tables, sledges, spare shelving, snow shovels, folded dog cage, and sundry other stuff that’s flat and fits up there.
