if you are still able to get into the account Ken then top right hand side you would have your initials click on that and from there you can get into account settings.

Signup and post your email and account issue on the VM forum, but explain everything in detail in 1 post rather than a few words per post it'll help get the issue sorted quicker as it'll be looked at by a moderator when they get to you.
