The Prisoner (remake, ITV1)
Is anyone else following this? I'm absolutely bowled over by it. It's so good I have to keep reminding myself I'm actually watching ITV.

I'm even more confused than I was by the original.

I watched it when it was on AMC. It confused the hell outta me. Has it finished here yet?

No - 1 or 2 weeks to go IIRC. No spoilers in here please.

Re: The Prisoner (remake, ITV1)
not impresed I must admit - seems liek it's trying to be too clever for it's own good. Original was much cleverer IMHO

Re: The Prisoner (remake, ITV1)
Well judging by the ratings it's not going to be back for another series, unless anyone has heard otherwise?
It's a pity because I really am enjoying it. Ian McKellen in particular is superb.

He'd be good reciting a phone book ...but I really find it too confusing although I do rather like the sets.Very stylish.
