EE Continuing Issues

EE are still continuing to have issues here in Swansea and have done now for almost a year, When I reported it last year they said they were updating Masts and will have it sorted by Christmas.

Now if you ring them and report issues people are getting told all different kinds of things, Yesterday there were problems again for most of the day 3 of us who were sat in the garden here all on EE and we all had different handsets couldn't send text messages we were getting an error code 0 when trying.

2 of my friends were told that they were updating masts and there was an outage, I rang them to be told there were no issues and no one in the area had reported any such problems even though my friends had already rang and reported it.

The service now some days is so poor I cant get a signal indoors unless I'm connected to Wifi calling. 5g drops out all over the place and is also unreliable.

I am seriously thinking of trying to get out of my contract as they have broken it by not supplying a reliable service I can use.
