Apparently the US military tested an AI drone the other day, results could be described as extremely worrying imo, when it's human controller told it not to kill a target it killed the handler instead and after it was taken of line and told off bad AI, don't kill our friends when it resumed the test instead of killing the controller it blew up the communications system being used to tell it not to kill targets, the US military is denying any of this happened of course, well they would wouldn’t they

Imo they need to reign this right back and stop it before it gets out of control, I know we don't like experts anymore but they're worried and it seems have every reason to be, even seemingly harmless uses of it have unintended consequences like in 2016 when Microsoft let it's AI chatbot loose on the internet and within the hour it had turned into a nazi because of what it had been exposed to, it faired no better second time round either.

It was apparently a software simulation, not an actual drone (but even that has been denied).
