The electrician was meant to be here today and he never turned up. We can't really hassle him as he's a mate and doing the work for a fraction of what it should be costing. Hopefully he will be here tomorrow. The kitchen is absolute chaos atm the new radiators are getting fitted tomorrow and we were hoping that the electric works would have been completed today. If only heero lived near by

I'll have to do the evening meal in the small worktop unit.

Just had a latter from the hospital putting me on a low phosphate diet...... Just as well they sent me a letter mind you as that means NO SMEGGING MARMITE!!!!

Sorry but I find that hilarious. 
With all you have been through, all the things that you have had done to you, all the mind warping restrictions you have coped with your breaking point is a jar of Marmite. Jo backs away giggling like a loon.
I will personally buy and send you the largest dam bottle of the stuff once you get the all clear to indulge your addiction. <Kiss Kiss>

I know what you're feeling, I love the stuff too but it's one of the bad triggers for Crohn's (yeast extract is a common one), so just a little can make me quite ill.

Well the consultant who l now see in Plymouth told me straight this morning that there is not a lot that can be done for me now unless l have a heart transplant and to have that l need to be on my last legs basically because as we all know there are many out there who are worse then l so unless my heart function goes down another 15% then they will continue to monitor me closely and keep my heart function as stable as they can as they have prescribed me another tablet this morning and l now have my own local heart failure nurse who will come and visit me on a three monthly basis.
