There’s another thread about anorexia where the details are - these are positive things that are happening, so ‘happy thoughts’...

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
While I have missed my youngest being around today at the same time it is nice to have the house to oneself
Today will be challenging for him as once I pick him up from school it will be a quick dinner for us, as he starts his shift at Tesco @ 5 and I suppose it will be strange for hubby and my eldest sitting at the dining table with two empty seats as I plan to eat my dinner with my youngest as I don't think it is right he eats alone.
On Tuesday he plans to hand back his Cadet uniform this will be done with a heavy heart as he really did not want to leave but he feels he can no longer give his Squadron 100% tbh I'm glad he has shown this maturity and realised himself he can't do everything although we did look into other RAF cadets in our area but sadly the days were not suitable for one reason or another.

No worries - you didn’t have the context.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
I have an unusual surname so added people on Facebook.
The plan is to research the family tree.
One lives in the same town that my dad was born in, and is related.
It also turns out that a friend in California also has family that left the same town in 1872.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Picked my lad (26) up from Manchester airport, after him being away (with some visits home) for 3 years in Nepal, India, Bali, Australia, and New Zealand.
He says he is back for good, or for the forseeable future, which is the same thing to him - it's good to have him back (well, for a few months, until he gets his own place).

He will stay in the Manchester side and not go off into the Yorkshire side though, right?
