Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news

DS Forum is reporting that DAZN 1 and DAZN PPV on Sky is set to close on July 6th.

DAZN UK viewers will then need to use the DAZN app.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news

They sent an email to customers yesterday confirming they are leaving Sky linear - although they have just added their app to SkyQ which now has around 15 channels in it.

I think it was March the last time a DAZN PPV was available on Sky linear even though they have still been events on other platforms.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news

Makes sense really. Their content is extremely limited, and their biggest cash cow (AJ) is now firmly fighting on other channels in the UK.

will Eurosport have all the Olympic action via redbutton coverage or would you need discovery plus for that?

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news

Eurosport have ten channels on VM,including one 4K, so will probably have enough capacity to cover most of the games.

Eurosport 4K is active now although no programmes are listing - none of the Eurosport pop-ups have apppeared on Sky yet. Although SkyQ has the Discovery+ app.

I've had lots of promo's on the V6 home screen pushing 360 using Sky Sports+ as a carrot

Assume it will be on 360 only
