That's something I'm all for. I had a internal tumour removed last Friday and they asked me if they could video / photograph the procedure as it fairly new to be published. Okay it was done in a fairly intimate place but felt like it would be wrong to say no if it could help others.
Glad it's over but still got tests and results to go through and post op last week has been one of the toughest weeks of my life so far.

Junior or senior doctor, any operation on my eyes would need me asleep as I cannot stand my eyes being touched.

Me too. I hate the idea of my eyes being operated on. No doubt cataracts will eventually get me but I think they'll need to put me out to fix them.

The operations on my eyes were indeed worse than the bypass I had

OK. Suffice to say that dilli is a much braver man than the rest of us.

Thirded. I'd have given up long ago had I been in the same situation as dilli.

I don't feel very brave this week I can tell you! Far too many memories from this time last year for me to dwell on.

Off to Cadillac for downhill and cross country skiing at the end of the month. Then at the end of March going to Brazil and Argentina to see the Iguazu Falls. Can't wait!
