Re: Doctor Who : Season 7
Not long to go now
Anyways.. After viewing the trailer for tonight's episode, was anyone else reminded of Red Dwarf's Gunmen of the Apocalypse?
I'm betting he's not half as funny as Kryten..

Re: Doctor Who : Season 7
Well I just thought that either it was a typo or you're not really a big enough fan of the show

Re: Doctor Who : Season 7
I'm not that much of a fan
Anyway... back on-topic.
Another good ep tonight. Good but not brilliant. A little "talky" in the middle (some might say 'preachy') but still good.

Nice to see Ben Browder on TV again.
Another episode examining the Doctor's morality, and what he is willing to do...

Yes i noticed that ,i wonder if we are getting prepared for some big departure from the doctors usual spotless morals later in the series

That's one thing I like about Matt Smith's doctor. There are frequent reminders that although he appears to be human, he isn't, and his own moral code does not entirely match ours.

Re: Doctor Who : Season 7
I'm a litttle behind on this, just watched the Dalek episode.
Very disappointing, I turned it off 3/4 in, it was just so boring.
The daleks aren't scary anymore, or even a little bit threatening.
A parliament of frightened daleks.......do me a favour
and humanoid daleks..............eh?
Seriously considering if I should bother watching this series.

Re: Doctor Who : Season 7
You are the first person that has said they disliked the Dalek ep. Also eps 2 & 3 are very good.

Yep. As far back as 1964's the Dalek Invasion of Earth. Here's a rare colour photo from that episode:
