A self made pizza using a roll of puff pastry, tomato puree, sliced tomatoes, barbecue chicken and mozzarella cheese baked for 15 minutes, delicious very light and inexpensive.
Even SWMBO enjoyed it.

okay if anybody needs dessert ideas sainsbury's have a really nice chocolate and salt caramel cake it has a kind of mousse on top with in the middle a layer of the caramel its very good you can find it in the chill section and its only 5 quid
