Ribeye steak, sautéed mushrooms,steak chips, and blue cheese sauce, washed down by a lovely glass of Rioja (Beronia Rioja Reserva from Sainsburys).

Duck, spring onion and Hoisin burgers. (Gressingham) Roasted sweet potatoes, parsnips, sliced courgettes and cherry tomatoes. Extra Hoisin sauce and some Red's smoky BBQ sauce on the courgettes.

Last night I cooked a nice piece of beef on the braai. Potatoes par boiled then finished off with curried oil over the coals.
