Home made asparagus and pea risotto - just simmering at the moment, and about to add the Parmesan, lemon juice/zest, and Crème fraîche.

Saturday - I jointed a chicken and cooked on my foukou as souvla, halumi, flat breads, salad.
Sunday - Hand of pork from farmer's market. Slowish cooked on barbie, applewood smoke. Plenty left over for curries etc.

Have you put grated cheese on these? I put cheese on them when ready, but back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

That sounds nice jo as l remember putting jam on very lightly toasted bread and then putting it underneath the grill until the jam was hot when l was younger.
