Always assuming that there is no need to rip the whole front of the car off just for access to remove and replace the parts . . bloody modern cars

I found this out when I wanted to replace my oil cap - there are no car breakers with BMW parts near me for at least 40 miles. The closest is in Forest of Dean.
Either way though, with something like a radiator and coolant tank I wouldn’t want to take chances. Knowing my luck any that I fit will come complete with a hairline fracture and would lead to a head gasket failure.
In fairness it’s the most it’s ever cost me. It’s flown through 2 MOTs and never needed anything other than a service plus a 6 monthly oil and filter change.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
I got a call from the hospital last week, they want me in this coming Monday for another colonoscopy. I've just received the preparation kit. I'm not religious, but I've been praying that they have to cancel it because of covid or something... ANYTHING!

Re: Moans and Pet Hates - Part 8
Coming back from picking up some last minute things from the supermarket and took a tumble over an uneven paving slab. I couldn't save myself as I had two bags and an umbrella (Furled)
A kind lady came over and asked if I was OK. Apart from a grazed arm no damage except a shattered bottle of wine. Had to be the better one for Christmas day.
Put a bit of a crimp on the day.

TBF John Major is in the same club that blair has joined so the entry criteria bar must be set very low.

It's unbelievable he's got one, from the Queen as well, the sooner we drop this outdated bs can't come soon enough, imo when the Queen dies that's it, no more of this old boys class system, Blair should be in the Hague not the Palace

If he had an ounce of class or a moment of empathy for the families he destroyed he'd refuse it

If i had my way he would be the first against the wall or moved to the Tower. Blair the traitor should never had been considered.
