I had the same problem with sending series links from my iPad & iPhone. The solution I found was to unplug the box, hold the backup button on the box and then plug the box back in whilst keeping back up pressed down. After a few seconds you'll see an updating screen. Once the update has been completed, wait 3 minutes before turning it back on as normal.

Just tried this and then sent a series link from my phone and now works a treat. Thanks for the advice

No problems, glad it worked for you.
What to you think of the Sky+ app, did you ever use the VM TV Guide app for comparison?

Re: General Sky TV Discussion
Yeah, the VM TV Guide app is the only iOS app I've ever used that doesn't feel right when scrolling. Maybe this has since been fixed in an update but I had to delete it because the scrolling felt so.... Off.
The TiVo app on the other hand was excellent.

Im sure your well aware it doesnt Anytime+ is a progressive download service the Non PVR has no HDD hence why it doesn't work , later in the year when the shared planner is released I'm presuming you'll be able to watch shows downloaded on your Sky+HD box off Anytime+ through your HD non PVR

Way i read that is that this will be very simuliar to Tivo Multi Room Streaming, meaning we can watch programs off the HDD on other Sky+ box, or is it just for Anytime+ downloads?

You've read it correctly mate, the shared planner will allow you to look at the recordings from every box in the house and playback from whichever room you like.
