Yeah but it was always a hard task. I am happy with that. Hopefully Ozil isn't out for long and we didn't get walloped.

I think 3rd if to be expected and winning the FA Cup would finally get that monkey of our backs if we can do it.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Arsenal were unlucky tonight - although l am a Spurs fan.
It didn't help when Arsenal conceded, and it was harder as the game went on - but Arsenal didn't show what they are made of.
It didn't help when the biggest cheat on the field - Robeen kept going down at every opportunity, and if that was a penalty by Robben, then l will pack up being a fan.
He went down so easily. but there again this is what foreign players to to get a pen.
Bad Luck to the gunners, but just think they could be out of the FA cup as well - what a shame

Injuries have screwed things up again. Arsenal should be in the hunt for the title.

It's not a monkey to anyone other than the media and wums, fa cup, league cup, Europa league etc mean nothing to the big clubs, it's all about the prem and champions league and this was arsenals best season to do it

Not just injuries but also a failure to get two or three more players as strength in depth is very important when injuries and fatigue comes along.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
The FA Cup isn't the one we all want but it would be nice to win something at this stage. I think this season we've clearly made progress and if we end it without worrying about CL qualification and with the FA Cup then I'll be happy.

We could be out of it at some point yes. Much like Spurs are now. However we're one of the few that isn't at the moment.

I should've took that as a reference of Spurs failing then. I missed it.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
there has long been concerns over this matter but the one massive obvious concern is that the squad is drained out. depth has been a problem for many years now. burning out players isn't the way forward!
